Aerospace Seiko High-speed Rail Fasteners Make New Breakthroughs

Recently, Aerospace Seiko Co., Ltd. began to deliver high-speed trains for brake discs of high-speed trains to the China Railway Science Research Institute. This marks a breakthrough in the development of Aerospace Seiko in the field of high-speed rail.

In order to realize the localization of EMU brake disc fasteners as soon as possible, Aerospace Seiko Henan Company organized a special project group for the development of rail transit fasteners, which achieved rapid response and obtained trial production orders for various types of fasteners of the Institute of Iron and Steel.

Recently, Aerospace Seiko has overcome various technical problems involved in the fasteners for brake discs of high-speed trains. After inspection and test verification, the performance indexes of high-speed rail brake fasteners developed by Aerospace Precision Engineering have met the design requirements, and some test data are superior to similar imported products, and finally won high praise from customers and relevant aspects.

Aerospace Seiko's recently delivered fasteners will be installed on the brake discs of high-speed trains with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour, which is essential for train operation safety and is a key component of high-speed rail products. The mass delivery of the products marks the technical strength of Aerospace Seiko's R&D, design, manufacturing and heat meter processing in the field of high-speed rail basic parts, which has reached the domestic leading level. In some areas, it has the ability to compete with the world-class basic parts enterprises.
