Various technical and economic indicators have always maintained the advanced level of the industry. The project is located in Dagang, Tianjin. The project was successfully put into production in January 2010 and it was completed this year. According to reports, this single-million-ton ethylene single-unit device utilizes the advantages of refining and chemical integration and consumes 508 kg of standard oil/ton, which is the best record in the country this month. The localization rate of the device is 78%, and it is running smoothly. The crack gas compressor, which is called the “heart†of the ethylene plant, has been in good condition for nearly 23 months. In addition, the increase of 3,000 tons per hour of industrial water used in the project uses desalinated seawater, which has significant characteristics of recycling economy.
