1. Height sensor automatic calibration function:
Manual height sensor calibration is inconvenient and cumbersome, and requires high level operators. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using automatic calibration method, no cumbersome operations are needed, and the CNC laser cutter can rapidly calibrate the height sensor automatically.
2. Change to pulsing at corner cutting control function:
When the sharp corner of a thin to medium carbon steel sheet is cut, melting loss will occur easily, so the quality of the cutting section of the sharp corner can't be guaranteed. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using the change to pulsing at corner cutting control function, the laser power, pulse frequency and pulse duty factor are changed for sharp corner cutting, and the CNC laser cutter restores the previous control mode after passing the sharp corner, thus guarantees the section quality of outline cutting of sharp corners and the efficiency of cutting.
3. Pause and deceleration at corner function:
In the fusion cutting of high temperature alloy sheets such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy sheets, etc., the sharp corners are hard to cut, with back splattering and contamination of focus lens occurring easily. With the PA8000 laser cutting system using the pause and deceleration at corner function, dross back splattering seldom occurs, thus significantly improves the stability of sharp corner cutting of such alloy sheets, reduces the contamination of focus lens, and prolongs the useful life of focus lens.
4.Leader-line low start-up speed cutting function:

  A: The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. Except the damage artificially ,we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
