The diameter of the filter bag should around 115 mm diameter to 200mm diameter.  The filter bag length should 2000 - 9000mm, the specifications of the commonly used filter bag is 125 - 170 mm diameter,  2000 ~ 6000mm length.

The oval, flat, envelope and support ring types of filter bag, please be sure to enquiry for us with detailed information. 

 

First of all, we need to confirm the detailed size of filter bag with our customer. After received your confirmation or agreement, we should begin for processing. If the drawing can not clearly or need filter bag sample to trail installment, we should provide the confirmed size filter bag sample before the purchase order processing. 



After then, we should begin to processing. We will make the filter fabric first. After then, we will sewing the filter fabric into the filter bag. For more detailed information, please reference the above processing picture. 




 

When we finish the manufacture, the filter bag should begin to rechecking. As you know, even if one filter bag broken. It will be the 100% result for the dust filter equipment bad working. So, it is our the most important step for all. We must assure it can work correctly 100%. Not 99.9 or 99.99%. We must assure it 100% correctly. We must assure it 100% corrctly!.
