Shiyan Parts Factory imported Dana Corporation’s advanced DES management (excellent management system) to conduct trials, promotion and applications in major plants throughout the plant, which greatly increased production efficiency and reduced labor costs. cost.

It is understood that the plant's DES propulsion activities were formally launched in January 2012. The DES propulsion project team has successively grasped the status quo of the application value flow charts, time-action analysis tables, and work balance tables for the production lines in workshops I, IV and V. There are seven major wastes in the production line, and then optimize the layout of the production line. Under the new process layout, the production lines of these three workshops have been reduced from 31 to 26, and the number of equipment has been reduced from 257 to 221. Under the same conditions, the number of workers in the workshop was reduced by 17 people. Through DES to promote a series of improvements, the plant has also made a qualitative leap in JPMH, rapid mold change, and other aspects.
