According to statistics, the sales of excavators nationwide increased by 59.8% year-on-year in the first quarter, but only slightly increased by 3% in the second quarter. The excavator branch of the China Construction Machinery Association expects the situation in the fourth quarter. Worse, it will have a negative growth of about 25% year-on-year. Li Hongbao, secretary general of the China Construction Machinery Association's excavator branch, predicts that the growth of the whole excavator industry will return to normal in the next ten years, while the high-end and intelligent excavator products will become new growth points for the industry. Participating experts also believe that in the future, the development of China's mining machinery industry will be characterized by expansion into service areas, high-end products, and localization of key components. With the acceleration of urbanization, the western region will become the largest growth point in the future excavation machinery market. .

In terms of independent innovation, the company has already taken the lead and has carried out many innovative designs in terms of product appearance, structure, and electronic control components. In January, Shanhe’s sales of intelligent excavators exceeded 20,000 units.

As for the prospect of the construction machinery industry, Peng Ming, an analyst at Founder Securities Engineering Machinery, said that with the country's 4 trillion yuan investment effect subsided, the entire construction machinery industry is in a declining cycle from the second half of this year to the first half of next year. However, in the long run, the growth rate of China's fixed asset investment will not show a significant decline. After undergoing industry reshuffling, companies like Shanhe Intelligence will be better developed.
