 - :description of each component
Function : it is used to support steel coil, manual power expands steel coil inner surface and make coil to be fixed on decoiler shaft. Steel coil will be opened by suitable speed and actions.
Structure : it uses single head model, decoiler can move forwardly and back, motor power drives decoiler shaft to finish actions.decoiler base is anneal after all welding process.

Function : produce perfect profile within suitable forming processions.
roll forming stand material:QT470
roll forming shaft material: 40Cr,HRC45
Structure : roll former uses single beam model. The transmission model is chain and gear. Base plate is weld model. All welding parts are annealing. When the weld process is finished, base plate will be machininged by CNC machine tool, in order to keep each part to be precise. Motor and decelerator drives roll former, some necessary roll forming stands use in-phase gear, in order to keep forming quantity.
Forming stand material : QT470
Forming shaft material : 40Cr (HRC45forming roller.
Each forming roller is machining precisely and checked carefully before it is installed.
Roller material : Cr12 (HRC60)
When the profile standard is changed, some rollers need to be changed at same time.cutterFunction : it is used to cut suitable length final profile accrding to requirement.
Structure : when cut action is finished, there is one waste piece. Cutter model is stop to cut, different profile needs to use different cutter blade.final products rackFunction : it is used to suppot final profile after cut.
Structure : it includes support rollers and base frame. It can be disassembled, it is convenient to delivery.hydraulic systemFunction : it is used to supply power for hydraulic cylinder. This system is specialized system and it is customized for door frame roll forming line. It mainly includes oil pump, filter, hydaulic electromagnetic valve, press meter and oil tank, etc. This system also matches fan cooling device, in order to satisfy heavyloading and hot working condtion requirement.
