At present, this technology has been applied to the safety valve verification work, and the effect is good. The degreasing process is an important part of the safety valve check. The past safety valve degreasing technology has the problems of high cost, time-consuming, poor operability, and failure to trace back, which has a certain impact on the verification work of the safety valve. At the beginning of this year, the station set up a QC team to tackle the problem. The technicians studied the characteristics of the cleaning solution's carbon tetrachloride, seized the main points, and consulted the data. Finally, the “degreasing solution filter paper filter and printing technology†was adopted to solve the problem that the degreasing safety valve could not be printed. The problem, combined with the existing degreasing process, successfully piloted an automatic cycle spray degreasing device, improved and optimized the degreasing process, ended the original degreasing method with many people, the working efficiency was doubled, and the degreasing process flow was realized. The goals of safety, economy, easy operation, and traceability solve the difficult problem that the degreasing safety valve cannot be retained.
