1.Usage of Wood Sawdust pellet granulator:
1)Â Wood pellet machine is used for making wood pellet from waste material ,such as rice husk,wood sawdust, cotton stalk, peanut shell, palm fiber,empty fruit bunch,straw,etc.
2) Finished wood pellet usually 6-8mm diameter,moisture usually <8% ,it is widely used in home stove,hotel ,bath place,factory,electric power generator,cabinet,boiler,horse bed,etc.

1)Ring die mold, vertical structure, granulating chamber cooling.Material feed directly in pellet forming chamber.
2)Double layers rind die mold, down & up dual-use, low cost, high efficiency and energy saving.
3)Die static, two roller rotating, and material centrifugal, evenly around.
4)Frequency adjusted feeding screw conveyor or belt conveyor,make sure the material can feed in time by adjust the speed of screw conveyor motor ,so make sure the high capacity.
