4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

The Hardness of core and cavity of basket mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; the ejected plate with high strength and hardness will be over HRC 45 after heating treatment. (Different steel HRC different)

Customer provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the plastic products sample. We will scan the sample and make product blueprint, begin to design the mould assembly drawing after customer's confirmation, and we customize the existing projects.
