Specifications :

4.Total 13 difference types based the impeller dimension, including including 280mm dia, 315mm dia, 355mm dia, 400mm dia, 450mm dia, 500mm dia, 560mm dia, 630mm dia, 710mm dia, 800mm dia, 900mm dia, 1000mm dia, 1120mm dia.
5.Impellers were drove directly by the power-generating.
The motor of T35/BT35 axial-flow fan  is improved and the loss of air flow is reduced. Therefore, the efficiency of the fans is 89.5% higher when the noise is much lower. We strengthen the welding of blades and impeller so that the blades can avoid breaking. The BT35 series axial fan is divided into 5 kinds of blade installation angle such as 15°,20°,25°,30°, 35°.
 
BT35 type Axial Fan is widely used in factories, warehouses, offices, residential houses to ventilate or enhance heat dissipation. It is also series installed in longer pipe line. The air transferred shall not be corrosive with notable dust, the temperature of the air should not exceed 40°C.

1. Application 
FRP Centrifugal Fans are widely used in waste gas purification, sewage deodorization, ventilation of corrosive gas which with acidic/alkaline contents as well as such environments with corrosive gas. Our FRP Centrifugal Fans have been successfully applied in pharmaceutical chemicals, precision electronics, metal processing, PCB circuit boards, sewage deodorant industry, semiconductor processing and electroplating pickling etc.

2. Product Feature 
The case, inlet bell and impeller of ZYF-4C FRP centrifugal exhaust fans are made of pure fiber glass reinforced plastic, which has completely changed the fabricating process for fiber glass reinforced plastic lined with traditional carbon-steel.
The bolts linking the enclosure and iron support are treated by complete profiling wrapping method which has completely solved the issue of bolt damage due to corrosion
The ZYF-4C FRP centrifugal exhaust fans are featured with dual-level seat for easy maintenance without necessity to remove the anchor bolts
Applicable for wide range and multiple operation environments.Efficient energy performance to generate profits and cost saving.
3. Structure 

ZYF-4C FRP centrifugal exhaust fans mainly consist of impeller, case, inlet bell, motor, bearing, bearing housing, belts, pulleys, shock absorbers and other configurations. Some special components required according to the operation environments are provided.
