3. Suspension of your company's "Announcement" new product declaration qualification during the rectification period.
If you are dissatisfied with this penalty decision, you may apply to the Ministry for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of this penalty decision or file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court within 6 months. The period of reconsideration or litigation does not affect the execution of this penalty decision.
