Lingyun plans to build auto parts project in Qingpu, Shanghai

Lingyun shares announced on the evening of November 22 that the company plans to wholly establish Shanghai Lingyun Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The business scope includes technical research in the fields of industrial technology and auto parts. Technical services, development, design, manufacture of auto parts and components, design, development and sale of auto-machined products and related products, sales of self-produced products, and import and export of goods and technology.

The announcement said that after the establishment of Shanghai Lingyun Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. will purchase 40 acres of land in Huaxin Industrial Park, Qingpu District, Shanghai to build auto parts projects.
