Second, the bolting eye measures:

Before you open your eyes, first check the section specifications of the roadway according to the middle and waistline. If you do not meet the requirements of the operation regulations, you must first deal with it. Before you hit the eye, you must first knock on the top of the road, carefully check the surrounding rock, and find out the live rock and dangerous rock. After confirming the safety, the work can begin. The angle between the anchor and the roadway contour should not be less than 75°. The anchor eye position error should not exceed 100mm. The anchor eye depth should match the length of the bolt. Do a good job on the mark, strictly in accordance with the length of the bolt, after the anchor eye is hit, the slag and accumulated water in the eye should be cleaned up. When you are eye-catching, you must operate under the cover of a complete support or temporary support. The order of the eye-catching should be carried out in the order of the top and the back.

Third, shotcrete

1, preparation work

(1) Check whether the installation of the bolt meets the design requirements, and find the problem in time. (2) Clean up the meteorite debris at the injection site, connect the wind and water pipelines, and the conveying pipeline should be straight and free from sharp bends. The joints should be tight and air leakage should not be allowed. It is strictly forbidden to use non-antistatic plastic pipes as the conveying pipes. (3) Check whether the shotcrete machine is in good condition, and send the power to the no-load test run, fasten the friction plate, and there should be no air leakage. (4) The rock face must be washed with high pressure water before spraying. (6) Jet personnel should wear a full range of effective labor insurance products.

2. Process requirements for shotcrete

The spraying sequence is: first the wall is supplied, and the bottom of the wall is started from the bottom of the wall. The spray head and the sprayed surface should be kept as vertical as possible. The vertical distance between the spray head and the surface to be sprayed is preferably 0.8 to 1.0 m.

When spraying, the supply pressure of the sprayer should be about 0.1MPa higher than the wind pressure at 0.4MPa. The water addition should be controlled by the experience of the shooter. The most suitable water-cement ratio is between 0.4 and 0.5. According to the change of the discharge amount, the injection process should adjust the water supply amount in time to ensure the water-cement ratio is accurate. The concrete to be sprayed has no dry spots, no runny, strong adhesion, and less rebound material.

3, the jet work

After the end of the spraying work, the mix should be used on the net. After the end of the jetting work, the nozzle must be removed to clean all the mortar or material inside and outside the water ring and the sprayer.

When starting the machine, the water must be supplied first, then the air is turned on, and then the machine is turned on. Finally, when loading: when stopping, stop the material first, then stop the machine, then turn off the water, and finally stop the wind. After the start of the injection work, it is strictly forbidden to aim the spray gun at the person. When the spray suddenly breaks, the sprayer should hold the spray head and face the nozzle downward.

4, the quality of the spray

Before the injection, the rock gang must be cleaned, the raft is cleaned, the spray is even, there is no crack, and there is no “dressing, bare feet”.

Fourth, equipment pipeline protection measures

1. All cables affected by the repair should be laid down and buried as much as possible, and the buried depth should not be less than 0.2m.

2. Cables, wind pipes and various equipment that cannot be grounded must be properly covered with wooden stakes or old belts. No gaps should be left when covering them to prevent damage to the equipment.

5. When repairing the roadway, try to restore the original section. If there are special circumstances, it must meet the requirements of ventilation, pedestrian, transportation and pipeline laying.

Sixth, transportation management

1. When using a manual cart, the following rules must be observed:

Only one car can be pushed in 11 times. Do not push the cart on both sides of the mine car. The distance between the same carts shall not be less than 10m when the slope of the track is less than or equal to 5‰; when the slope is greater than 5‰, it shall not be less than 30m: when the slope is greater than 7‰, the manual cart is not allowed.
