1. When the flow velocity of the measured medium in the pipeline is zero, the instantaneous value of flowmeter indication is not zero. The main causes of this phenomenon are:

a. Inconsistent levelness of the flow meter before and after installation, as well as the fact that the inlet and outlet are inclined to produce an axial horizontal component that results in the presence of instantaneous flow;
b. The long-term operation of the flowmeter causes a slight change in the internal stress release of the sensor.
c. In the process of installation or operation, serious overload causes zero drift;
The above three ways can refer to the procedures and methods of flow meter zeroing.
d, bad flowmeter housing ground;
Processing method: The user re-grounds.
e, stuck between the target, target, and gauge with debris;
Treatment method: Close the valve before and after the flowmeter, use a tool to loosen the connecting bolt between the over-flow component of the flowmeter and the measuring tube, and gently shake the transition part or take it out. After cleaning the debris, reset it as it is.
Second, the flow meter during the work process showed an abnormal increase, the main reasons for this phenomenon are:
a. Filaments and ribbons are hung on the target and the target;
Treatment method: Refer to the method of handling debris.
b. Under high knot conditions, serious deposits are left on the deposits, so that the projected area of ​​the force element along the axis of the measuring tube increases, that is, the annular overcurrent area between the throttle element and the measuring tube decreases, and then at the same flow rate , The force of the sensor increases, eventually leading to an abnormal increase in the flow indication;
Treatment method: Remove the transition part and use tools to remove the throttling element and the dirt on the inner wall of the measuring tube.
Third, the measurement error is large. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. The main reasons are as follows:
a. The relative concentricity of the flow meter and the connecting pipe is greatly displaced during installation, and the sealing gasket is not concentric, thus forming a throttling resistance piece, which greatly affects the flow state of the measured medium;
Treatment method: Adjust the installation status.
b. The straight section of the flowmeter before and after the flowmeter is too short, and the elbow is installed directly before the flowmeter. Valves greatly interfere with the flow-state components of the measured medium.
Treatment method: Install according to the specification or conduct real flow calibration of the flowmeter.
c. bypass pipe leakage;
Treatment method: Check and replace the bypass line.
d. Ribbon-like debris around the throttling element increases the force of the throttling element;
Treatment method: Refer to the previous method of handling debris.
Fourth, the flow meter no indication or no signal, the main reasons are the following four:
a, poor power contact or loss;
Treatment method: For the flowmeter with its own battery, check whether the battery is stable, whether the contacts are good, and whether the battery has electricity. For external power supply,
Check that the connections between the connection wires are intact, the wires are conducting, and the external power supply is normal.
b, flowmeter circuit damage;
Treatment method: Return to factory for repair.
c, display damage;
Treatment method: Replace the factory.
d, user signal receiving system failure;
Treatment method: Check and troubleshoot.
5. The value of the flowmeter has been shown to be zero during the operation of the flowmeter. The main causes of this phenomenon are:
a. The throttling element of the force element falls off, causing the sensor to feel insensitive;
Processing method: Assemble throttle pieces of the same specifications.
b, flowmeter sensor no voltage output signal;
Processing method: first determine whether the sensor is damaged, the specific method is to see whether the sensor data changes.
c, the measured medium flow is too small, less than the flowmeter's minimum scale flow;
Treatment method: Return to factory to replace the force element.

Special Note
1, replace the battery:
When the flowmeter with the battery comes on, the display prompts flashing, prompting the user that the battery power is running out. The battery should be replaced immediately. The replacement battery should be the battery with the same technical parameters.
2. Environmental requirements
Flowmeters use an ambient temperature of -30 degrees to +70 degrees. Despite its own degree of protection, it is recommended that flow meters installed outdoors be protected from rain and collisions.
