1.Main Features:

  1) Working roller is the main part of the machine ,and the material for four rollers are 42CrMo ,and done strictly industrial standard needs for the working roller to guarantee the mechanical     performance.
  2) The basement and the shaft if the main structure of the machine through welded treatment, and strictly done through annealing treatment to avoid inner-stress and ensure enough rigidity and intensity and guarantee the normal working when full-loaded.
  3) The upper-roller is main drive roller ,the driver force is got by a reducer through a connection to motor for rolling of the working roller. In the shaft of this motor ,there are brake apparatus to make sure the precision position when rolling and prebending. The full machine has enough intensity and rigidity ,main parts of force has keys to be reliable connected ,easy for maintenance.
  4) The bottom roller and two side roller's up-and-down movement is drive by the hydro-cylinders in two sides.
  5) The gear in two side use self-aligning roller bearing, synchronization in movement, and controlled by computer;
  6) The dumping side of the upper roller has the dumping hydro-cylinder,the end of upper roller has the balance equipment for convenient take-off the roller cylinder and workingpieces.


  

2. Hydraulic system:

  1)The hydraulic system can achieve the below function: drive the bottom roller for up-and-down movement ,drive the two side roller make Inclined lifting movement; control the dumping hydro-cylinder make up-and-down movement.

  2)Through electro-hydraulic directional control valve, can control the up-and-down movement of the bottom roller and also the inclined up-and-down movement of the two side rolls. Through hydraulic control non return valve ,can control the working roller to stay at any position.

  3)The dumping cylinder return circuit has one-way throttle valve for suitable adjustment of the implement structure.
 
 4)The hydraulic system has reasonable design, reliable working and high-precision oil absorption and return filter to ensure the clean of the hydraulic oil. The whole system pipes in reasonable position, easy for any operation,flexiable and no any leak out.

 5)The valve unit of the hydraulic system all use Taiwan brand. The pump,filter,motor and seal are all from high-brand enterprise.

3.CNC System:
  1) automatic control the working roller in movement synchronization
   Control the bottom roller up-and-down movement synchronization, ,the synchronization accuracy ±0.2MM
   Control the two side roller up-and-down movement synchronization, the synchronization accuracy is ±0.2MM
   display a variety of real time date and rolling information
   2)The accurate position of the two sides of the bottom roller real-time display
   The accurate position of the two sides of the side roller real-time display
   The accurate position of the two sides of the bottom roller real-time display
   The accurate position of the two sides of the inclined figures of the two side rollers real-time display.
   3)control system provide alarm information for convenient operation and maintenance
