Asphalt spray trucks generally use gear pumps to transport asphalt, and gear pumps deliver asphalt with high efficiency, convenience, and injection capabilities.


Asphalt spray trucks can also transport and spread liquid asphalt (including hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and residual oil). They can also supply asphalt binders to loosely-ground soil to build asphalt-stabilized soil pavements or pavement bases.


Asphalt spraying vehicles are the main equipment for the construction of highways, urban roads, airports and port terminals. The asphalt penetration method, asphalt layer pavement method and surface treatment method can be used to build asphalt pavement or to preserve asphalt pavement and oil-slag pavement. The intelligent asphalt sprinkler is used to build asphalt-sprayed cloth that penetrates the bottom layer of high-grade highway asphalt pavement with oil, waterproof layer and adhesive layer.
