Dajiang Group's casting and forging company seized the opportunity of the country's “automobile to the countryside” industrial policy and promoted market development through product innovation. Recently, the company actively responded to market demand and developed a successful trial of a small displacement 4JB1 Euro III diesel engine block and LJ368QE2 mini-vehicle engine block, which produced good results after being put on the market.

The newly-developed 4JB1 Euro III diesel engine has a displacement of 2.8 liters and is mainly used in Great Wall Motor Company's pickup trucks, light trucks, etc. The newly-developed LJ368QE2 mini-vehicle engine has a displacement of 1.1 liters and is mainly used by Liuzhou Motor Company. Produced miniature vans and other models. The development of the two new engine blocks is in line with the national “automobile to the countryside” industrial policy.

In order to seize the opportunity, the company set up a special new product development team, and from December last year on the development of 4JB1 Euro III diesel engine block trial. In March of this year, the company developed the LJ368QE2 mini-vehicle engine block. The two new products all completed the installation and commissioning of the mold in 3 months, produced a qualified sand core, and performed the first round of casting on the cylinder block. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, and appearance dimensions all meet the requirements of users and have undergone a series of tests.

At present, the 4JB1 Euro III diesel engine block has passed user verification and bench testing, and sold 1,000 units to achieve low-volume production; 4 prototypes of the LJ368QE2 mini-vehicle engine block have been sent to users for verification. And bench tests.
