Shenzhen Customs Auction Suspected of Smuggling Mink Leather 63948

On July 27, the Shenzhen Xu Tongda auction house was entrusted with a public auction of 63,948 suspicious mink skins, and 64 bidders participated in the auction.

Since last year, the Shenzhen Customs has investigated a certain leather product factory in the customs area according to law, and found that the factory was short of bonded materials, and was suspected of smuggling crimes. It seized the mink skin involved in the case according to law. In view of the fact that the batch of mink skin is a perishable and rotten item, the customs have to sell it in accordance with the law.

In this auction, all bids were auctioned, and the transaction price was RMB 18.11 million, which was 5.63 million yuan more than the reserve price of the auction. The value-added ratio was 45.16%. The above-mentioned sales money will be turned over to the state treasury in accordance with relevant state regulations.
