The people on the river banks then tightened the ropes and opened up a safe passage for the trapped migrant workers. The trapped people grabbed the ropes by their hands and steadily moved towards the shore. The rescue workers at the banks of the river embankment picked up. Fifteen peasant workers escaped from danger and were sheltered overnight in the board room area of ​​Yongchang Town Government.

It is understood that all fifteen peasant workers are from Ya'an and work in Weifang to assist in the construction of the Changda company.
